A female staff member who works for Ryanair at Belgium’s Brussels Airport was reduced to tears by an angry passenger.
The man shared a video online of the tirade, which unfolded after she refused to let him on the plane.
Known only as Sabrina, the boarding attendant was already exasperated with the passenger once the camera started rolling.
He grew more agitated as he demanded she let him on the plane, but it appeared he didn’t have a boarding pass printed out.
The passenger said: “That’s the only thing that’s funny. It’s your attitude and it stinks, you have a bad attitude.
Ryanair passenger makes an employee cry in shocking video from Brussels Airport
“You have no business working here dealing with customers.”
The verbal attack grew so intense that other passengers stepped in to defend Sabrina.
One man intervened, telling the customer: “You’re disturbing everybody.”
But the man filming only turned his verbal abuse onto the Good Samaritan, calling him a “fatso”.
He said: “You need a break, you donut eating bald piece of c**p.”
Ryanair – the employee began to cry as the man continued to insult her
When the camera panned back to the Ryanair employee, she had her face in her hands crying.
She stood up straight and tried to wipe the tears away but the passenger would not let up.
He continued to attack her as yet more onlookers stepped in to comfort Sabrina.
Despite upsetting several people at the airport, the man felt he was the one treated unfairly.
